01Who we are

tlstudio.site is run by TL Studio (“we”, “us”), a design and development studio founded in Singapore and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can reach us at hello@tlstudio.site.

02Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us through it. When you do, please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
• send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through the contact form
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk

03Our work and content

The site’s design, code, text, graphics and the TL Studio name and logo belong to us, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content without our written permission.

Projects shown in our case studies were created for our clients. Client names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate our work.

04Enquiries and projects

Sending the contact form or emailing us does not create a contract. Budget ranges on the site are only a guide. If we agree to work together, the project will be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document will take priority over these terms.

05Information on the site

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our studio and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

06Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

07Our liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute about them will be handled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
